Football in Comics

If you made a list of what would qualify as "American" I would have to say comics and football would be pretty high on that list. That would be somewhere in between fast food and Jerry Springer, Right? I would have to say football and comics are up there with apple pie. So to celebrate Super Bowl XLVI   I have compiled a few covers and pages from comics from yester-year and the not so distant past that I either have or have seen. Enjoy and have a lot of fun watching the pigskin today. My prediction is Giants 24 Patriots 17...Go Blue!!!
